Postage & Packing Costs - THE POSTAL CUT OFF DATE IS THE 20TH DECEMBER - ALL ORDERS WILL BE DISPACTHED ON THE 28TH DECEMBER

UK Postage & Packaging = £3.99 1-5 days from purchase - depending on stock availability (please purchase Special Delivery option for fast delivery)

Europe = £4.99 6-10 Days
International Postage & Packaging = £8.99 7-13 Days (Varies depending on country and postal system)

Special Delivery (12pm cut off) - If you would like your order sent to you via next day Special Delivery, please firstly check the stock availability and add the following option to your cart PURCHASE SPECIAL DELIVERY... if an item is out of stock then it will be sent to you via special delivery once it is in stock (any more the 5 days delay then you will be contacted

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you wish to return something please EMAIL us at sales@fantasybelles.com with your reason for return (Return address will only be given upon request - PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TO THE ADDRESS ON THE BACK OF THE PARCEL.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on lingerie if adhered by the following guidelines:

Items must be returned within the original coded packaging and in the same condition as it was received

The lingerie must not look or smell as though it has been worn

Thongs / Knickers must not have been tried on at any time

Returns must be sent back within 7 days of purchase (we recommend Recorded Delivery) - refunds or exchange will not be issued after 7 days of purchase

You will be refunded for full priced items excluding delivery costs

For items sold at sale or discount prices an exchange only will be accepted

All items within the body shaping category are non returnable due to hygiene reasons
